ABOUT
RYAN CASTLEBERRY
Veteran. Author. Speaker. Climber.
MOVEMENT
The body heals in motion. Every step forward—no matter how small—is a step away from where you've been.
REFLECTION
Healing requires honesty. Journaling, meditation, and quiet time help us process what we carry.
CONNECTION
We weren't meant to climb alone. Community, mentorship, and vulnerability build the bridges we need.
MERCY
The only real apology is change. Extend grace to yourself—and others—as you climb.
MY STORY
I've been hit by a drunk driver, survived a traumatic brain injury, served in the U.S. Army, worked the oilfields, and rebuilt my life more times than I can count. I've also made mistakes that cost me everything—including my relationship with my daughter.
But I didn't quit. I learned that the only real apology is change. And I learned that healing isn't a destination—it's a daily practice.
Today, I help men navigate their own climbs through the same framework that saved my life: Movement, Reflection, Connection, and Mercy. I wrote Mountains, Monsters & Mercy to share what I learned the hard way—so you don't have to learn it alone.
I'm still climbing. And I believe you can too.

Left foot, right foot. Keep climbing.

Maisy Bouchey
"This time last year, I was a frazzled mother of 2, just barely getting by. Thanks to Taylor's courses, I'm a happier, healthier person for myself and my family."
